Elena, seven, is one of those children who is always trying to make you smile. An empathetic one, she is keen on brightening the room whenever possible. She and her brother Andrei were taken from their impoverished family due to neglect when she was three years old.
They have lived in the state-run orphanages ever since then – with very little love being shown to them. Elena has some learning difficulties learning so needs special care and encouragement in this regard. We are blessed to have her and her brother, Andrei, as part of the Finding Hope family, and pray we can give them both a firm foundation in the Lord as they grow up.
